My name is Shelly. I started at Acoma in July 2019. Grooming is my passion. I have been grooming for a little over 4 years.

I am married and have four children and four grandkids. I own two dogs, a great dane and a presa canario.

When I'm not at work I like to garden, do arts and crafts with my grandkids, or go bird watching.

Karen

Phoenix native, I graduated from AAA school of dog grooming right here in Glendale in 1979. Have been grooming in the valley ever since. I started my career at Acoma in August of 2007.

Three dogs including 1 Mexican Hairless,(what better kind of a dog for a groomer...lol) two goats, one cat and one human call me mom.

When I'm not making dogs and cats beautiful I enjoy most outdoor activities, painting, photography and traveling with family and friends.

Melissa

I started my grooming career at Petco. In 2003 I was hired at Acoma. June 2015 I was promoted to manager of the grooming department. Prior to grooming I attended and graduated from cosmetology school. Deciding to combine my passion for styling hair with my love of dogs, I became a groomer.

I have 2 beautiful daughters, 3 cats and 2 dogs. A shih-tzu yorkie mix and a very rambunctious great dane. Pine trees are where my heart is, so camping in Flagstaff is a favorite in the summer. In cooler weather my girls and I love hiking. I also enjoy curling up on the couch with my animals watching Netflix.
